A COMMUNITY MEETING to discuss and obtain neighborhood feedback on Heritage Medical Associates’ proposal to use the property located at 6705 Charlotte Pike as an office.
Heritage Medical Associates is proposing an office use for the property located at 6705 Charlotte Pike, which is currently being used as a religious institution. The location would primarily be for their corporate staff with the future potential for clinical functions.
The use will require a rezone application submittal to Metro Planning, a public hearing at Planning Commission, and three readings at Metro Council. A Regulatory SP rezoning application is proposed for this site rather than a base rezoning to allow conditions to be placed on the property which can limit the use to office/medical office rather than allowing other uses.
